Since we started RVing full-time in 2007 we have lived in two RVs and a sailboat. We started simple with a 27′ travel trailer that was built with vacations in mind. After a year we upgraded to a 36′ full-timer’s fifth wheel. In 2010 we began living half of each year in a 44′ cruising sailboat. Our first RV, a popup tent trailer, is included here because it was the rig that inspired us to take off and that showed us how easy and fun it is to live in an RV.
Our rolling and floating homes:
The 2007 Fleetwood Colonial Popup Camper was a terrific starter RV - easy to set up and spacious and comfortable once it was in place.
Our 2007 Fleetwood Prowler Lynx was a 27' travel trailer that we found perfect for extended RV travel and lived in full-time for a year.
Our 2007 Hitchhiker 34.5 RLTG 5th wheel has been a wonderful home in our full-time RV lifestyle as it is comfy, roomy, easy to tow & pretty.
Our 2008 Hunter 44DS sailboat has been an ideal long-term cruising vessel, as it is spacious, comfortable, easy and fun to sail, and beautiful to live in.
